This one has 3 episodes, with the first being the classic early 80’s Xmas Special, A Chipmunk Christmas. This is the one where Alvin gives up his prize harmonica to a sick boy for Christmas, then is in a bind because Dave booked them at Carnegie Hall and now he doesn’t have it to play.

The other 2 episodes are from the unhurried 80’s TV exhibit, The Chipmunks. The first is named Merry Christmas Mr. Carroll, and I occupy it is one in the same as the VHS release a while serve called Alvin’s Christmas Carol. It is excatly that, Alvin is being stingy and makes up a spacious Christmas list, and then is taught the meaning of Christmas by 3 ghosts.
The last episode, Dave’s Incredible Life, is in the spirit of Christmas and the epic of It’s A Improbable Life, however there isn’t really anthing festive or Christmasy depicted.

A must have for the 2 Xmas episodes, escpecially the first one, where we win the classic holiday tune, The Chipmunk Song!
This DVD is quite refreshing. Not only does it have the 1980 classic A Chipmunk Christmas, but it has two Christmas episodes from the Chipmunk series, doing their versions of a Christmas Carol and It’s A Astounding Life in their gain cute design. A huge addition to any Christmas collection.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is I’m a tiny disappointed there were no special features on this DVD. Alvin has been a huge addition to Christmas ever since the release of that classic song “The Chipmunk Song” (1958) . Some things on that could have been added. But I’m calm blissful to have Alvin and the Chipmunks as section of my Christmas.
